Information We Collect

Armenian Advertiser may collect and store Personal Information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number or other addresses at which you receive communications from, on behalf of or through ArmenianAd.com. We may also collect other Personal Information when you provide feedback, comments or contact us through other means including offline contact. At any time, users may elect to decline to share such information with us.

How We Use the Information

The information that you provide to us helps Armenian Advertiser create a better experience for you and our user community. Armenian Advertiser is committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our contact data or lists and we will not provide your Personal Information to any third-party at any time unless compelled to do so by law. From time to time, we may use your email address to send you promotional or other information about ArmenianAd.com and its vendors.

Children & Minors

ArmenianAd.com and its services are intended for adults 18 (eighteen) years of age and older. Minors under 18 (eighteen) and at least 13 (thirteen) years of age, are only permitted to use the website through the involvement of a parent or legal guarding. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from minors under the age of 18 (eighteen) without parental consent, unless permitted by law. Minors under 13 (thirteen) are not permitted to use the website or the services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. Armenianad.com allows for you to connect with third-party sites, services or social media platforms, which are not owned or operated by Armenian Advertiser. You are responsible for any information that you provide to those companies or any other third-party that contacts you through or because of our service. This Privacy Policy does not govern your interaction with those third-party sites. Those sites may have their own privacy policies and practices for use of Personal Information, over which we have no control. The companies and service providers that we may work with may also have their own privacy practices, over which we have no control. If you elect to register for events, promotions or products with those third parties you will be providing your Personal Information to them and not us. Electronic Commerce & Processing

For services that require payment, such as placing classified ads electronically or subscribing to services, we require certain Personal Information from you to complete the transaction, including your name, billing address, credit card number, email address and phone number. The information you provide is strictly confidential and only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Armenian Advertiser does not disclose nor share payment information with third parties except for the issuer of the credit card in order to process the transaction. International Users

We maintain information in the United States of America and in accordance with the laws of the United States, which may not provide the same level of protection as the laws in your jurisdiction.
