Jurisdiction
This agreement between Armenian Advertiser and its users will be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California have jurisdiction in all claims, disputes and other matters arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, and you consent to exclusive jurisdictions and venue in these courts. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be in conflict with the law, such provision shall be restated to reflect the original intent, and all other Terms and condition shall remain in full force and effect.
Applicable Law
By using any ArmenianAd.com, you agree that applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Armenian Advertiser.
Severability

Complete Agreement
